John of Hao's TV repair is honest, fair, and easy to work with. My 43 inch Samsung TV 4 years old had a "jumping" picture for awhile. I didn't really want to get a new TV, and I preferred repair. John came out same day when I first called, assessed, and said he would order a new circuit board. That took about a week. He came back Friday of Thanksgiving week and installed the circuit board, all looked good and he left for his drive back home. But I noticed the "jumping" issue was actually still there after using the TV for about 15 minutes, I texted him and he said "no worries I will come back in a couple of days". He changed his mind and offered to come back that same evening to troubleshoot, spent some time, repaired an additional burnt circuit, and now the TV picture is improved. There are however still some residual flickering issues, maybe the TV actually does need to be replaced after all. I do feel I received "best efforts" service from John and I appreciate his work. He is a polite, experienced and helpful technician.
